Pass With Podcasts provides downloadable audio revision materials designed to support learners preparing for tests and qualifications. Our content is intended as a revision aid and should be used alongside relevant official learning materials.

Products are supplied digitally as downloadable audio files. After successful payment, you will receive access to the file or files included in your purchase. Individual Driving Theory episodes and Complete Series purchases contain different files, as clearly described on the relevant product page.

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased audio for your own private revision. You must not:

• redistribute the files
• upload them publicly
• share paid files with other people
• resell them
• reproduce them commercially
• make them available through file-sharing services or other websites

All intellectual-property rights in the content remain with Pass With Podcasts and/or the relevant rights holders.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. The price shown at checkout is the price payable for the selected product.

After successful payment, access is provided through a secure download system. Temporary download links may expire for security reasons. If your link has expired or you experience difficulty accessing a genuine purchase, contact hello@passwithpodcasts.com.

Because our products are digital downloads supplied immediately after purchase, we do not generally provide refunds simply because a customer changes their mind after access has been supplied. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

If digital content is faulty, inaccessible, materially not as described or there is another genuine problem with your order, contact hello@passwithpodcasts.com so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy where required.

Pass With Podcasts is an independent revision resource. We do not guarantee that purchasing, listening to or completing our content will result in passing any examination or assessment. Users remain responsible for their own preparation and should consult the latest official resources applicable to their test.

Pass With Podcasts is not affiliated with, approved by or endorsed by the DVSA, Department for Transport or GOV.UK unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We aim to provide accurate and useful revision content. However, test structures, official guidance, road rules and assessment requirements may change. Users should check current official guidance before taking an examination.

We aim to keep the website and download system available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. To the extent permitted by law, Pass With Podcasts is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the website or revision materials, or for a user's examination result.
